Return & Exchanges:

We keep this simple. If something isn’t right, get in touch with us at info@onavibe.com.au and we’ll sort it out.

Change of Mind

We accept returns for change of mind within 30 days of delivery, as long as:

  • The item is unused
  • In original condition
  • In original packaging

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description
  • Photos (if possible)

We’ll organise a replacement or refund.

Exchanges

If you need to swap a product and you haven't used it yet, reach out and we’ll guide you through the process.
