If you pick up a Friday Paddle and it's not for you, no hard feelings. Simply return it within 30 days of purchase and we'll sort it out. No lengthy forms. No runaround. Just an email to info@onavibe.com.au.
How it works
- Buy any Friday Paddle from the Onavibe store.
- Give it a hit. One session on court is all you need to know.
- Not feeling it? Email us at info@onavibe.com.au with your order number and we'll guide you through the return.
- Get sorted. Once we receive the paddle back, we'll process your return promptly.
The fine print (it's short, we promise)
- Applies to all Friday Paddle purchases made through onavibe.com.au
- Must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date
- Paddle must be returned in almost-like-new condition. This guarantee is designed for players giving it a first hit, not paddles that have seen serious hours of play
- Original packaging appreciated but not required
- One return per customer per paddle model

We know choosing a paddle is a personal thing. What works brilliantly for one player might not suit another's game. We'd rather you try a Friday Paddle for real, on a real court, in a real session, than make a decision based on a product description alone.
