We don't expect you to figure that out instantly, which is why we've adopted Friday's 99 day happiness guarantee. Buy a Friday paddle from ONAVIBE, take it out, play with it. If it isn't right for you, send it back within 99 days of delivery for a full refund.

Email info@onavibe.com.au with your order number within 99 days of delivery and we'll guide you through the return.

Once the paddle is back with us and checked over, we refund you in full.
The fine print.

It's short, we promise

  • Applies to all Friday Paddle purchases made through onavibe.com.au
  • Must be returned within 99 days of delivery
  • The paddle should come back in almost-like-new, playable condition. Undamaged face, intact grip, no heavy wear
  • This is a genuine try-before-you-commit guarantee, not cover for a paddle that's had a full season of hours put through it. If yours has serious wear, the return request may be denied
  • If a well used paddle has something go wrong with it, that's a warranty question rather than a return, and it's covered by the 6 month warranty
  • Original packaging appreciated but not required
Why we do this.

Paddles are personal

The whole idea is that you can try the paddle a few times at your own pace, on a real court, in a real session, rather than deciding from a product description. It isn't meant for playing with a paddle for a month or two and then sending it back. What works brilliantly for one player might not suit another's game, and we'd rather you find out for real.
