Shipping & Returns

Shipping & Dispatch:

All orders are packed and dispatched from our Melbourne warehouse. For a Limited Time Only, we are upgrading all orders that have a Friday Paddle to Express Shipping!

We aim to process and ship orders within 1–2 business days. During busy periods or launches, this may take slightly longer.

Delivery Times

Shipping times vary depending on your location, but generally:

  • Metro areas: 2–5 business days
  • Regional areas: 3–7 business days

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow it all the way.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

 

Return & Exchanges:

We keep this simple. If something isn’t right, get in touch with us at info@onavibe.com.au and we’ll sort it out.

Change of Mind

We accept returns for change of mind within 30 days of delivery, as long as:

  • The item is unused
  • In original condition
  • In original packaging

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description
  • Photos (if possible)

We’ll organise a replacement or refund.

Exchanges

If you need to swap a product and you haven't used it yet, reach out and we’ll guide you through the process.
