Where is your warehouse located?
We have a 1400 square meter warehouse in Melbourne, Keilor Park that we operate out of, with multiple pick ups a day. We are not drop shipping, if the items are in stock they are in our warehouse ready to be despatched within 24 hours.
How much is shipping?
All shipping at the moment is free. We are sending all paddles express post via Australia post!
Is there parcel insurance?
All parcels include parcel insurance, if a parcel is reported damaged or lost in transit all costs are covered by us.
